The Bill (Reg. No. 1047) proposes to supplement the Economic Procedural Code, the Civil Procedural Code, the Administrative Proceedings Code of Ukraine with regulations envisaging consideration of cases concerning land relations according to location of land relations objects.
Committee members supported concept of the Bill, however made some remarks and proposals.
Committee members have also an opinion that proposed amendments to Article 16 of the Economic Procedural Code and Article 19 of the Administrative Proceedings Code of Ukraine should define jurisdiction of cases if an object of land relations is situated on the territory, one part of which belongs to jurisdiction of one Court, and the other one belongs to jurisdiction of another Court.
Taking this into account, the Committee has taken a decision to recommend that the Parliament adopts the Bill with proposals made as a basis.
